FAQ
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, although I do highly recommend joining/opening a group order. (See Group Orders).
International Buyers: Requests for packages to be marked as a "Gift" or declared for lower than the actual value will be denied. Buyers are responsible for any local fees such as customs, VAT, etc. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
Please understand that your order will take some time to be delivered, typically in several weeks, depending on your location. Now with the pandemic, deliveries will take even longer. In some cases, it can take several months. Please bear this in mind before placing your order. Once you make your purchase, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. There will be no refunds except in special cases. However, if you did not receive your package within 90 days after it has shipped, I can then issue a refund. Please contact me first before opening disputes to avoid being blacklisted.
Shipping to Germany
In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
The Dancing Tiger is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE2454182248390. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
I've made a purchase. How long will it take for it to be shipped?
Please allow 7-21 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During the holidays and after large shop updates, please expect delays!
If your order contains buttons, decals, beanies or sweatshirts, please allow more time for your order to be shipped as these are made to order (this means they are not made in advance).
I think I put in my address incorrectly. Is it too late to modify it?
Whether you mixed up the house number or put in a completely wrong address, please contact me with any changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
Review and make sure that your address is correct before placing your order. If your package has been returned to me or sent to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply. However, if an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Do you combine shipping for multiple orders?
Only shipping for orders made within 24 hours of each other will be combined. Requests to hold orders to combine shipping with future orders will not be fulfilled.
My tracking says 'Delivered' but I didn't receive the package. What do I do?
If tracking says ‘Delivered’ but you did not actually receive it, please check around your property, check with your neighbors or contact your post office first as they have a better idea of where it is. Also check that the shipping address you provided was correct. Unless package insurance was purchased, I'm afraid there's nothing much that I can do if your package ends up missing or got mis-delivered.
"In Transit"
For packages that show "In Transit" but isn't moving to the destination, please allow for about 3 weeks to see if the package does get delivered. In the meantime, it may help to check with the post office and request for them to check on the status of the shipment. If the package still has not arrived after 3 weeks, please send me an email with your Order number.
Pre-Orders
What is the pre-ordering process?
Pre-ordering is a method used to help fund the production of items that are costly (for example, enamel pins). Depending on the cost, a certain number of slots are needed to be filled to put the product into production.
The duration of a pre-order period can last for a set amount of time or until all the slots are filled.
Production
In the case of enamel pins, the artwork takes a few days to be reviewed and approved. After approval, production begins and that usually takes 2-3 weeks (can take up to 4 or longer).
Sorting of Enamel Pins
Once the pins arrive, they go through a sorting/inspection process which can take a few days.
Pins that have minor or no flaws are labeled as Standard. B Grades have small flaws that aren't very noticeable such as light scratches, underfill of enamel in small areas. C Grades will have a little more noticeable flaws, like missing enamel in several places, deep scratches, overfill of color, etc. On occasion, there will be pins that would be graded lower than a C called Super Seconds.
Pins that are labeled lower than Standard are sold at a discounted price.
Customers that pre-order will receive the highest quality from the batch.
Pre-orders are "sold out"
If pre-order slots have been filled, this does not mean you won't have a chance at getting a pin! In-stocks of various grades and prices will be available for purchase in my store after pre-orders have been shipped out.
Ordering pre-orders and in-stock items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together. Please order in-stock items separately if you wish to have those shipped sooner.
Group Orders
Can I open a group order for my country?
Please contact me if you would like to open a group order. A minimum of 10 orders would be needed to fulfill a group order. Please remember that the merchandise can take several weeks to be delivered after they've been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are allowed in special cases. For example, some items are missing from the package but they are sold out and cannot be replaced, or the order is incorrect. Please contact me should you run into any problems with your order! I'd like to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase!
